Police Officer Position Profile Hiring Bonus: Police officer candidates hired during this recruitment process, who successfully complete their Field Training Officer Program and one year of employment with the City of Eden Prairie will receive a hiring bonus of $3,500! Pay Rate: The starting pay rate for this position depends upon experience and qualifications. Candidates with 3-5 years of sworn experience may start at Step 3.
