Job Description
PURPOSE SUMMARY. Responsible for ensuring the continuous development and enhancement of County staff through effective training programs and curriculums. Work closely with the Sr. HR Administrator to design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training activities aimed at improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES.
1. Training
Plan, organize, initiate, recommend, and facilitate training programs.
Conduct workshops, conferences, and other training sessions.
Conduct training needs analyses and determine training objectives. Ensure that the training meets legal and regulatory requirements.
Design and develop guides and manuals required for each training program.
Design skill-based training programs in a logical and transferable manner.
Revise existing training programs and curriculums.
