Develop and optimize Staubli and Fanuc robotic programs applied to Air Plasma Spray coating. Design and implement lean manufacturing production cells. Create masking fixtures and integrate build plates on 3D Systems printers. Develop and fine-tune coating processes, including hydroxyapatite coatings on dental implants and titanium plasma spray on PEEK substrates. Lead process parameter tuning for coating consistency, adhesion, and performance. Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles. Participate in CAPA investigations. Min. reqts: BS in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field, or foreign degree equivalent; 2 years in job or as Manufacturing Eng or similar engineering position working with SolidWorks and GrabCAD, 1 year working with SAP to create BOM.
