Job Description A Production Assembler in our Blinds & Shades Department is responsible for building custom and manufactured products and then packing them according to specifications. This position requires the ability to take accurate measurements and calculations, good math and spatial skills, must be detail-oriented and extremely accurate, ability to follow directions, and proficient with chop saws, power drills, grinders, and various simple hand tools. Prior experience building vertical blinds, roller shades, and zebra shades is preferred but not required.
