Job Description Location * Reports to Hillsdale, Michigan: up to 90% Remote Reports to * Vice President of Business Development and Sales Position Summary The Key Account Sales Manager role, will lead activities to optimize and grow profitable sales of ACT's Products and Services, to existing identified Key Accounts by: * Identifying and Strengthening Relationships with Customer Key Decision Makers * Create and Manage Sales Pipeline Activity * Capturing Relevant Voice of the Customer Information * Aligning Company Capabilities to Existing or Emerging Customer Needs and Market Trends * Maintaining Company Relevance * Always Operating within Established Corporate Culture Central to this role is building positive and lasting relationships with our associates, customers, and industry opinion leaders.
