Job Description Job Description We are hiring an Intake Specialist to gather customer information. You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Responsibilities: * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Responding promptly to customer inquiries. * Communicating with potential clients through various channels. * Add/modify information about potential clients. * Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments. * Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Requirements: * High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. * Comfortable using computers. * Experience working with customer support.
