Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator/Benefits provides complete administrative support to the Corporate Human Resources department and specialized support to the corporate benefits team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Fulfill daily administrative tasks including copying, faxing, mail pick up and distribution, create and maintain employee files and the file rooms, process wires/invoices in a timely manner, order office supplies, receive guests, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, update compliance posters and maintain print materials and supplies. * Assist with on-boarding process by providing new hires with benefits, safety, compliance and related information/materials during orientation. * Prepare and process monthly billing and budget spreadsheet as directed. * Complete employment and unemployment verifications, garnishments, QMCSOs, etc. * Prepare new hire and termination packets. * Initiate E-verify process. * Administer benefits processes and...
