Job Description Help Desk Support Technician Job Description iwerk currently has an opportunity for a Help Desk Support Technician who will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone and/or via our support ticketing system. An excellent candidate must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-service oriented and patient while managing customer needs and requests. This position requires excellent customer service skills. Travel will sometimes be required to various client offices in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Must live within a reasonable distance from the iwerk Ft. Worth office.
