To coordinate the recruitment, credentialing, appointment, and on-boarding process for adjunct faculty, primarily, and assist with full-time recruitment and hiring as necessary. Responsible for state compliance training tracking and enforcement for newly appointed part-time faculty. Responsible for assisting with full-time emergency hire credentialing and appointment process and tracking. Responsible for tracking and records management for personnel and work authorization documents.
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of employment and EEO practices and principles, including federal and state laws and regulations. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply human resources principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
