Position Covers All Head Start Northwest Counties Responsible for monitoring the classroom operation to maintain Head Start regulations and Department of Education 4-year-old regulations. Responsible for providing Pre-Service and In-Service training sessions for staff. Serves as CDA and OCCCs trainer for Head Start staff. Responsible for the Child Abuse/Neglect Component. Serves on the Head Start Management Team. Shares in the responsibility for the safety and well-being of the children. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood related field. Prefer classroom experience and Early Childhood Development Certification. Must have leadership ability, good interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
