Job Description We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison between the customer and plumbing company. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionate about communicating to the homeowner. They love to talk to people. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and be empathetic. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond empathetically to customer and maintain high customer satisfaction.
