No 3rd Parties. - No Remote Responsibilities ● Provide on-site and phone tier 1, 2 and 4 support to 3,000+ users for computers, scanners, printers, phone system, and software issues in a Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment. ● Create, track, and resolve issues using the Remedy 8.1 ticketing system. Create and maintain history records and problem documentation. ● Identify problems, conduct root cause analysis, and create and implement solutions to correct system and user issues. ● Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets. ● Escalate complex problems to higher levels of expertise. ● Collaborate with programmers on solutions to issues in in-house software: Expertly, and Elite. ● Communicate with other IT staff to ensure problem resolution and tracking. ● Prepared and install computers on the network, perform software installations, log and update tickets and resolve desktop software issues. ●...
