Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Directly supervises skilled and unskilled employees in the performance of fleet maintenance activities. Ensures subordinate productivity and compliance with VIA policies, procedures, and standards. Manages a varying workload and resource availability to meet rigid service quotas and objectives in a high intensity environment. Works continuously to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet maintenance programs. Develops knowledge and skills of subordinate employees.
