Operations & Maintenance Coordinator- Flood Commission Job Description PURPOSE SUMMARY.  This position will be responsible for ensuring legal, compliant and accessible access to each of our structures, and ensuring that each of our structures are routinely inspected, documented and assessed semiannually, and after storm events in the area.  This position will be responsible for monitoring the maintenance needs of each structure, and delegating small, attainable maintenance activity between themselves and other operators on staff.  Small maintenance tasks that can be completed with in-house equipment will be tracked, and completed by this employee and staff.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for training and developing operators to understand the function of each of our structures, and properly instruct how to maintain these structures while preserving the function of them.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES.  Oversee operations of existing flood control...
