Job Description West Los Angeles family-owned real estate company looking for an experienced bookkeeper. Primary focus will be on bookkeeping, with admin work as time permits. Applicant should have at least three years of experience in Quickbooks and have a comprehensive understanding of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting. Knowledge of real estate bookkeeping and tax preparation is a plus. Applicant must be highly skilled in QuickBooks Pro, Quickbooks Enterprise, and Microsoft Excel. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who is able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
