SUMMARY: WIC Access Specialist Bilingual This position is located in the Administrative Services Division with the Oklahoma City-County Health Department (OCCHD). The employee is primarily responsible for scheduling appointments; preparing client forms and records; entering client information into the PHOCIS program; preparing, retrieving, maintaining, and filing medical records on clients; and operating a cash register to collect fees from OCCHD clients. Also, the employee may be assigned to work the front reception area to greet clients and visitors, and to assist clients in locating services not offered by OCCHD. These various job duties and responsibilities may be performed for the main and satellite clinics.
