Talent Acquisition Intern Who We Are: The Wayfair Talent Acquisition team is strategic to the company's overall success and continued growth in the EU. Our Recruiters are true business partners and are charged with finding, attracting, and hiring top talent into all parts of the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture-fit. As our business growth demands more support, our Talent Acquisition team will now grow as well. As an intern you will cover areas such as admin duties, candidate sourcing, scheduling, updating reports, supporting the recruiting process, and many other interesting and exciting mini projects. You will not be bored and you will learn a lot about the up-to-date recruiting function in a modern, fast moving technology based company! What You’ll Do: Supporting the recruiting process Managing documents, such as contracts and physical invoice files Ensuring all reporting is kept up to date Managing admin duties and data entries Reviewing and updating job specs Working cross functionally with all the Business Units Building relationships across different departments What You’ll Need: A real passion and desire to learn about a career in Talent Acquisition First class written and verbal communication skills in English A curious nature and desire to help make things better Energy – always wanting to take on projects and be part of building a great team function Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Experience is not required but relevant academic qualification and interest in a career in the Recruitment, HR and/or Learning & Development area is a must Wayfair does not accept unsolicited candidate referrals or resumes / CVs from third-party vendors, including recruitment agencies.
