Job Summary
The College of Agriculture, Food and Environment 4-H Youth Development and the Lake Cumberland 4-H Educational Center are seeking a Food Services Manager I. This position is located in Nancy, KY at the 4H Leadership Center and Camp. This position is essential to the Center as it is responsible for the daily operations of the Center's kitchen, prepares the staff schedules, supervises, plans menus, provides kitchen maintenance, prepares meals, and maintains the kitchen standards in accordance with the state's health inspectors requirements. The individual will also serve as the Head Cook for the camp prior to and during the camping session.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Cooking and management experience.

Preferred Education/Experience
Prefer bachelor's degree and one year related experience or a combination of education and experience.

Driver's license preferred.
