FIELD PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications

Bachelors or Associates degree in a technical discipline No Job experience necessary Full training program available Travel is extensive and across the United States Good communication skills a must Proficiency in Microsoft Project & Excel is a plus.

Position Summary

This project management position is hands on and has no direct reports. Actual installation of the equipment is performed. This position will sometimes require climbing, along with the utilization of lift trucks. Field installation of Zenner specific equipment and training the customer on how to utilize it is also a large part of the project manager responsibility. Association of hardware to software is required as well and is part of every installation.

 

SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Qualification

Bachelors in IT or software development discipline Good communication skills Experience in customer support and development a plus Understanding of web software applications are a plus Utilization of VB.Net / Visual Basic development, Microsoft SQL, FTP, MS/DOS, and PowerShell are also beneficial.

Position Summary

The primary focus of this position will be to provide setup, maintenance and ongoing customer support of Zenner facing applications. This position will assist in creating software interfaces to third party vendors and billing providers. It also provides technical support to Zenner based customers.
