Responsible for managing all aspects of the production and manufacture of raw material into fully cooked product. The Production Supervisor provides leadership and overall shift management which include Safety and Quality Policies/Procedures, staff management, scheduling, evaluations, employee discipline, and training.
Production Supervisor will ensure accuracy in all documentation. Supervisor will be highly motivated, self-directed and accountable. Must have the ability to effectively with all levels of management. Must have the ability to effectively with all the levels of management and the organization. Responsible for all aspects of production and manufacturing of all raw materials into a full cooked production.
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Previous supervising experience. Experience in meat industry essential.
College degree in meat or animal science preferred.
Previous training and experience in application of SPC techniques.
