Primary supports the Client Services Team and Sales Team to provide “first class” service to EMG clients.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience, 1-2 years direct customer service/client contact experience preferred; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of database application essential
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, SharePoint, Acrobat Adobe, and Deltek Vision. Ability to perform multiple tasks, work independently, and to perform in a team setting. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
