SUMMARY
Primary supports the Client Services Team and Sales Team to provide “first class” service to EMG clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other job related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.

Level 1 Duties:

  • Provides administrative support to the Client Services and Sales Teams by performing project administrative assistance.
  • Prepares, proofs, and distributes Client Action Requests (CAR), proposals, and reliance letters.
  • Researches prior reports, project information, and tracks projects. Exports various tracking reports from EMG database in support of tracking projects.
  • Processes change orders as-needed.
  • Assists with resolving general issues regarding point of contact(s), site information, and project scheduling.
  • Assists with client follow-up with regards to projects on-hold or awaiting final deliverables.

Additional Duties:

  • Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions for EMG clients and Client Team. Understands and maintains an appropriate level of professionalism and urgency that fits the situation.
  • Demonstrates EMG's guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
  • Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of EMG's quality standards.
  • Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience, 1-2 years direct customer service/client contact experience preferred; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of database application essential

Other Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, SharePoint, Acrobat Adobe, and Deltek Vision. Ability to perform multiple tasks, work independently, and to perform in a team setting. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
