  • Pay: $11.10 - $24/hr

We are seeking Full Time Customer Service Representatives to support a fortune 500 company by responding to inbound telephone inquiries in a call center environment. This is strictly an inbound call center.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire employment opportunity. You will be paid while training for the job and will receive a pay increase once hired permanently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gather information from the caller to properly resolve the situation.
  • Communicate appropriate options for resolution.
  • Investigates and resolves complaints.
  • Refers non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives.
  • Uses a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Employment offers will be contingent on successful drug testing and background investigation results.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to Read and Write in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • BI-Lingual in Spanish A PLUS
