Coordinate and evaluate the performance and results of the making production supervisors for all making belts on the site. Troubleshoot process-related issues, minimize downtime, and improve product quality. Work on the continuous improvement of all processes in the making area. Coordinate and manage daily operational activities while providing safety, quality, and process optimization leadership. Work with lean manu-facturing;   high-volume production management; chemical process engineering; cross-functional team leadership; chemical reactions, material properties, and production techniques; project management in manufacturing; coordinating projects and feasibility cost requests (FCRs); safety and regulatory compliance related to chemical manu-facturing; troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and process optimization; facilities management, including water treatment, chillers, and boilers; inventory management and raw material handling; and, bulk bag filler systems, heat and mass balances, and hydraulic calculations.
