CITY OF MENTOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II / POLICE DEPT. The City of Mentor is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant II to work within the Police Department assisting the Detective Bureau & Community Services staff. Daily work will include but not limited to answering incoming phone calls, assisting the public, preparing correspondence and outgoing mail, maintaining administrative records and files, and preparing miscellaneous reports. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required with demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs. The ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and operate within the established departmental guidelines is necessary. High school graduate (GED) is required.
