We are Atlantic Coast Building Services. We are looking for qualified Plumbers to join our team.
Qualifications for Plumber
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
4+ years of plumbing experience in a commercial setting.
Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, and water heater
Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
Self motivated with proven leadership skills preferably Foreman experience
Assemble and install fittings and valves for complete system
Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
Follow health and safety standards and comply with Florida building codes
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Work from ladders, scaffolds, scissor lifts, and roofs to install, maintain or repair plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must have standard plumbing hand tools.
Additional Requirements for Plumber
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
