Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Marketing & Publications, this position will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the online presence of the college. The web communications manager is the custodian of our website's overall health and performance. They ensure that our site is always up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly, providing a seamless experience for users and maintaining the site's integrity.
This role is responsible for auditing, reconciling and managing the web presence and initiatives for the College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH). May manage the intranet presence and initiatives for CECH.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid remote work and/or remote work for applicants with a residence within the Cincinnati/Tri-State Area (OH/IN/KY). Hybrid/remote work arrangements are
subject to change in accordance with university policies.

Required Education:
* Bachelor's Degree should be in a relevant field.
* Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Experience:
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite
* Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
* Experience developing websites using a content management system, Adobe Experience Manager preferred
* Three (3) years of web maintenance experience.
