Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)

Surgery Center of Central Florida is a cardiology outpatient ambulatory surgery center located in the beautiful City of Ocala.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) at Surgery Center of Central Florida located in Ocala, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including preparing patients for procedures, monitoring patient vital signs, and assisting with diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures, utilizing sterile techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment, and monitoring patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accredited Cardiovascular Program
• RCIS or CVT Certification required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Prior experience in a cardiac catheterization lab required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback for professional development
