Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and make sure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. *This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually based on store performance and a base salary of $66,560.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
2+years prior service management experience in a full-service concept.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety and training instructions and management policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with management, dining room personnel, team members, and guests.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding and able to relay instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks.
