Roxbury Central School has the following anticipated openings: One-Year Teacher Aide Positions 3 Teacher Aide positions at a rate of $16.78/hr. with benefits per the CSEA contract from 9/3/24 through 6/30/25. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Aide to support our classroom teachers in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment. The Teacher Aide will assist with daily classroom activities, including preparing materials, helping students with assignments, and managing classroom behavior. Responsibilities also include supervising students during recess and lunch, providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help, and assisting with classroom organization and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be patient, energetic, and have strong communication skills. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some college coursework in education is a plus.
