Derstine Company, LLC is looking to hire a Mechanical Construction Laborer/Construction Technician to work in areas of commercial, water treatment and various other construction projects.

Full-Time (Part-time opportunities as well), M-F daytime hours, Health, Vision, Dental, Disability, Retirement, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation Time.

Qualifications - Your TOOLbelt should include:

• Solid mechanical background with understanding and hands-on commercial and/or heavy construction experience
• Experience in water/wastewater construction, concrete work or excavation is helpful
• Capability to use hand and power tools
• Positive work attitude
• Ability to function independently or in a crew
• Ability to handle physical work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal history background check
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance manuals and ability to follow safety precautions
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
