Owner operator of thousands of apartments is seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! Responsibilities include apartment turnover and routine maintenance at a 300 unit apartment building. Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare vacant units for apartment turn over process
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
Qualifications:
- Prefer candidate with 5 years or more experience in maintenance
- Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have own tools
