The Sustainability Director is responsible for supporting the development and driving implementation of a sustainability strategy, roadmap, reporting and initiatives that promote cost effective strategies while utilizing environmentally friendly practices. This role manages resources that align with Smithfield's sustainability mission with a focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance. The Director partners with cross functional groups to ensure effective communication of the sustainability strategy to internal and external parties.
