We are actively recruiting for a Project Administrator to work from our corporate office in Riverside, CA

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

This is a full-time, entry-level position at our Corporate Office in Riverside, CA. This position will be directly supporting operations staff. The Project Administrator will be responsible for assisting the operations staff by handling construction project items such as tracking and processing purchase orders, supplier invoice reconciliation, assembling T&M billings and updating contract documents during construction.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a relevant construction project administrator/coordinator position
  • Prior experience working at a construction company is preferred
  • Must have strong organizational skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must be able to work under deadline demands and in a fast-paced environment
  • Required to have regular attendance and punctuality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at multiple levels
  • Professional in dress and conduct
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug test/background
  • Required to have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
