Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager, our Sales Supervisor focuses on ensuring our staff is productive and supported on the sales floor. Responsibilities include directing team members to consistently achieve daily, weekly and period sales goals. Providing sales floor leadership is an essential part of the role, which includes ensuring staff engages with customers, provides on the spot feedback and support as needed and having an ability to analyze and quickly make decisions. The ability to maintain supportive relationships with Sales Associates is also key, while taking on key administrative functions to ensure and enhance store performance is also a regular part of the role.
