Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of Banking and Accounts Payable

  • Previous experience in account management
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
