Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent: Looking for someone who is friendly, and organized willing to managing and distributing information within an office, as well as sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers
Performs all administrative support duties under the direct supervision of the Superintendent. This position requires
knowledge of District procedures and policies; professional relationships with town departments, school committee,
staff, and families; poise and confidentiality. Expertise in Excel, experience with MUNIS preferred for budgeting,
payroll, and purchasing. HR functions include maintenance of accrual records, processing of new hires and other
duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
