Student Billing Coordinator (STUDE01643)

Hood College invites applications for a part-time Student Billing Coordinator. The Student Billing Coordinator is the primary contact for students and their families for all questions and concerns related to billing and payment policies and procedures. This individual is responsible for the billing process and coordinates with the offices of Admissions, the Registrar, Financial Aid, Residence Life, Campus Safety, and Information Technology to assure accurate and reliable student financial records. Associate’s degree preferred with an emphasis in accounting or business and one to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. The ability to respond calmly and professionally to sometimes difficult, stressful, and challenging interactions is critical to successful performance of this function.
