LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER

Ben Franklin Transit is looking to hire a Labor Relations Manager to join the Human Resources team!
NATURE OF POSITION
In collaboration with the Human Resources and Labor Relations Director, this individual will manage labor related programs and processes including administering and interpreting collective bargaining agreements, assisting in negotiation planning, bargaining and contract implementation, managing grievances, mediation and arbitrations, and fostering strong partnerships with management and labor to enable business changes and working condition impacts.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and five-years of progressive experience in a human resource and labor environment; or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Up to $99,748 Annually, DOQ
