Job Description:

Data entry into web based sites; Uses analytical skills to compare and find matches and mis-matches between data and fix errors if possible; Escalates any concerns about mis-matching or incomplete data when a solution cannot be found ; Will be responsible for sending out forms and documentation and digital filing; May be required to use customer service skills to provide accurate answers and solutions to the customer ; May be required to display product knowledge by resolving customer questions

Job Qualifications:
Experience with web navigation required; Intermediate level or higher experience with Microsoft Excel; Intermediate level or higher computer skills; Attention to detail and accuracy; experience with Outlook or other email system required; Intermediate to Advanced grammar and writing skills

Associate or Bachelors degree
