Position Qualifications:

  • We require a nursing degree from an accredited school.
  • You’ll also need a current RN license in our state.
  • Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals.

Overview

 

To assess emergency patient and plan, organize and implement their care in a warm personalized environment following the policies and procedures of the Emergency Department. Supervises: ER Techs, Orderlies and Ancillary personnel as required. Will perform all work in accordance to the mission, vision and values of Mercy Memorial Health Center.

 

Qualifications


Education: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing,
Licensure: Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Oklahoma.
Experience: 1 year nursing experience preferred
Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required for independent practice.
Other: Computer
Preferred Licensure: PALS
