Job Description Summary:

The Indirect Market Manager interacts daily with Sales Representatives, Store Managers and local Leadership along with the service representatives for wireless carrier's Indirect stores in their defined geographic market, reporting to the Director of Client Services or assigned Sr. Account Executive. By direction and guidance of their leader, they will follow through on laid out objectives/plans, align with local client leadership to implement initiatives, deliver basic in-store training scripts/sessions, attend store meetings, set up and attend preplanned table events to increase brand awareness and implement pre-established marketing initiatives. Responsible for receiving and resolving store level day-to-day product related escalations, while relying on their team leader to assist with Regional level and above issues.

Essential Duties & Qualifications:


  • Indirect Retail experience strongly preferred. Related areas such as wireless, consumer electronics, warranty products, wireless handset, etc.
  • Bachelor?s degree preferred (concentration in Business, Marketing or other relevant subject area is ideal).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn Contact Management software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Availability and flexibility to travel (drive and fly) within assigned territory.?
  • Must have a valid Driver?s License.
  • Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Capability to deliver presentations to small and large groups of retail store representatives.
  • Customer service, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Territory: Candidates should be centrally located in Long Island, New York?area.? Individual will cover the NY/NJ greater market.? Frequent travel within Market required. Occasional travel outside of Market may be required.
