Job Description Summary:
The Indirect Market Manager interacts daily with Sales Representatives, Store Managers and local Leadership along with the service representatives for wireless carrier's Indirect stores in their defined geographic market, reporting to the Director of Client Services or assigned Sr. Account Executive. By direction and guidance of their leader, they will follow through on laid out objectives/plans, align with local client leadership to implement initiatives, deliver basic in-store training scripts/sessions, attend store meetings, set up and attend preplanned table events to increase brand awareness and implement pre-established marketing initiatives. Responsible for receiving and resolving store level day-to-day product related escalations, while relying on their team leader to assist with Regional level and above issues.?
