Responsible for providing overall management for facility maintenance. Provides daily oversight and quality control of all aspects of facility maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school or technical certification preferred. Three to five years experience in facility/maintenance supervisory capacity and Electrician, HVAC or Plumbing license preferred. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION:
Provides overall management for facility maintenance. Manages, supervises and trains Job Corps’ Work-Based Learning students and leisure time student workers assigned to the Maintenance Department.
