Job Description

Wayfair is looking for an addition to the Sales & Service team starting in July. We are looking for a motivated and communicative individual interested in working in customer service. Our Sales & Service team is the first point of contact for our customers and assist with all inquiries regarding our products, orders and payment transactions. We are looking for someone to support our customers in their purchase decisions, purchase processes and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

What you will do:
• Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone about our online shop www.wayfair.de
• Advise customers on questions about orders, products, payment processing and complaints
• Work closely with colleagues from different departments and with our supplier and logistics network

What you will need:
 Fluent German language skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good written knowledge of English and a desire to work in an international environment
• Flexibility, organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• High customer orientation and a friendly, communicative and confident communication style
