The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and support of the IGNW sales team and office operations. You will work closely with other members of the company s management team, sales teams and IGNW partners. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the technical services field, able to communicate well with IGNW partners and customers, well organized, and able to manage multiple incoming tasks and needs.
Manage a variety of internal software tools such as a CRM, G-Suite, Slack, and other office software. You must be tech savvy to help support the onboarding process
Manage Partner relationships including deal registrations, funds tracking, and various other partner required documentation and tracking. Ability to interface with partners with a sales and service mindset
Onboard new employees with IT tools and resources in collaboration with HR
Support all internal employees with general IT support and secure the proper resource needs
Ensure reporting in the data management systems is accurate and up to date
Build reports and populate data to provide accurate information to management team
Edit and proof-read documents and job postings for accuracy
Provide administrative support to the sales team such as coordinating travel with travel agent, manage training events, and various other needs
Collaborate with other operations team members in general office support needs such as answering incoming calls, office coordination, ordering products or supplies, etc.
All Employee event planning with executive management team
Manage customer satisfaction surveys
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of work experience in a sales or office support role
Experience working with VARS and a variety of technical companies and programs such as Cisco, Google, AWS, etc.
Ability to create solid processes but maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving, flexibility and professionalism required
Ability to communicate in written and verbal form effectively with all levels of employees and clients
Excellent organization skills and time management
Experience with the following IT tools:
CRM, Salesforce is a plus
Compas, is a plus
Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environment
Team player, yet able to work independently and without supervision
Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel; technical aptitude to learn internal systems and required packages
Previous work experience in the IT professional services and/or staffing industry highly desired
