The manager will partner closely with key business stakeholders to establish and drive the organizational performance management agenda.

This includes projects in areas such as: competency development, talent capability assessments, performance management process definition, new technology adoption, and training.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support the design and implementation of career development and performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for key roles/department along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework
  • Support creation and maintenance of competency catalogue.
  • Support performance management program design and strategy.
  • Work with the organization to ensure performance management processes are being adhered to.
  • Instructional Design to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised.
  • Collaborate on training and development strategy, standards and programs based on emerging Competency Model


  • Adept performance management, training and staff development.
  • Ability to analyze, design and effectively implement programs with strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and presentation skills, and sense of urgency
  • Flexible - see the big picture, works the details and connects the dots
  • High commitment and passion for people development
  • Ability to work independently, in formal and informal teams, and lead through influence
  • Solid understanding, respect and support for Catholic Church teaching, mission, and values
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
