Sterling Foods began as a baked goods supplier to military bases in San Antonio, Texas. From this, the company’s business with the Department of Defense has grown to encompass virtually all aspects of domestic and overseas troop feeding. In fact, Sterling stands as the world-wide leader in the development and production of extended shelf-life bakery products.
More recently, the company has aggressively expanded sales focus to include selected commercial business opportunities. Today, our custom manufacturing, foodservice, school and retail sales, account for a sizable and growing percentage of the company’s total annual revenue.
