Cypress Minnesota Incorporated (CMI) is Cypress's 8 inch 90nm wafer fabrication facility acquired in 1991 and has maintained ISO / TS 16949 certification since 2006, and ISO 14001 since 2004. This wafer production facility has clean room space of 80,000 sq ft.with about 400 employees.  CMI produces Cypress's proprietary PSoC, SRAM and specialty products.
