Operations Associate: JCL Services, LLC seeks Operations Associate to work in Denver CO, MSA: 175 Fillmore Street, Denver, CO, 80206 & 18475 W Colfax Ave, Suite 132, Golden, CO 80401. TRAVEL: 2x annual site visits to locations where the foundation conducts philanthropy w/in the US. DUTIES: Grants mgmt: oversee & manage assigned areas of grant & contract lifecycles. Compliance: liaison between Family Office/Program staff & legal staff to ensure compliance w/ IRS regulations/policies. Budget Management: track spending against program & staff budgets. Data Systems & Reporting: maintain accurate & complete records in the org's grants mgmt & acct systems. Process Design & Improvement: ensure up to date & accurate documentation of relevant organizational processes/ procedures.
