Clean Vapor LLC is a full-service design/build vapor intrusion mitigation company with offices in New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee and California.  Since the early days of entrainment modeling in 1985 we have mitigated sub slab vapor intrusion in over 10,000 commercial, multifamily and residential properties.  Clean Vapor has a strong portfolio of Government, Industrial, Retail and School/Public projects.  These projects include existing VOC issues in multi-story buildings and vapor mitigation systems in new construction. 

Clean Vapor employs a combination of understanding building science, soil lithology and soil gas migration to create a unique total system approach to each structure.  That approach starts with identifying the specific sub-surface contaminants, their concentrations and the pathways to indoor spaces.  A complete building evaluation is conducted by clean vapor including precision soil permeability mapping.  This is followed by a system design plan and installation.  The investigation through installation is completed by our seasoned team of experts implementing the latest in patented, energy efficient dynamic controls with available remote monitoring and management.
