We have a job opening for the position of a Customer Service /Data Entry /Call Center/ Accounting Representative who will support our Administrative team by assisting customers with billing and service questions, troubleshooting hardware issues, and explaining products and services to customers as needed. He/She will also be involved in other integral customer experience functions such as activating phone services, providing sales support, processing payments and entering orders, and ensuring that merchandise is fully stocked and all interactive displays and products are fully operational.
 
Requirements:

Must have the ability to gather and log relevant information into spreadsheets and reports
Minimum of 1 year General office experience is preferred
Some warehouse knowledge/experience is preferred
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet explorer and email software
Must have good organizational and time management skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Goal-oriented and motivated to learn
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Social with an outgoing and positive demeanor
Customer-focused
Relationship-building skills
